We pre-booked three rooms at this hotel, which had a rating of 9.2, so we expected a good experience.
However, when we arrived around 9 p.m. on September 21, 2024, we were shocked to find the hotel completely dark, with no lights on anywhere. There was no one at the front desk, and we had to call the hotel to get assistance. Eventually, a lady showed up, knowing that we had three rooms booked.
Unfortunately, things didn’t improve. When I booked the hotel, breakfast was included, but upon arrival, she informed us it would cost an additional 18 euros per person (I still need to double-check this condition with Orbitz).
When we got to our rooms, they were clean, but the comforters were damp, which made the stay uncomfortable. I couldn’t fall asleep until very late.
The next morning, despite Orbitz listing the check-out time as 11 a.m., a gentleman knocked on my door at 10:15 a.m., speaking in German, which I couldn’t understand, but he sounded angry. Even after I showed him the check-out time listed on Orbitz, he insisted that check-out was at 10 a.m.
Overall, it was a terrible experience—damp comforters, no one at the front gate for check-in, the entire hotel being dark and spooky, and the overall discomfort made the stay really unpleasant.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The receptionist at the hotel went out of her way to call the local Italian restaurant to get us a reservation for dinner and made sure they would stay open for us. The hotel breakfast was wonderful and the hotel was beautiful.

非常陈旧的宾馆酒店。周围的一切都杂草丛生。缺乏一点关心。房间已部分修复，但只是基本的。双人房里的电视和电脑一样大。价格太贵了。早餐价格根本不行。
