I was very surprised to read your review as the morning you checked out you were asked twice by Lauren my receptionist if everything was ok and were there any issues as you were departing after one night, to which you replied No everything was fine. It is obviously more difficult to address this feedback as we have been made aware of it after the fact and we gave you the opportunity twice to address these issues before you left the resort. With regards to your comments about there being no one to complain to after 6pm this is untrue as Lauren was here till 9pm on Monday, plus my contact details are posted on the notice board outside the front door and on the check in information. Whilst reception does not open till 9am there is always someone in the building from 8.30am and any guests wishing to leave earlier can deposit their keys in the key box located outside reception. Another fantastic visit to Lochanhully. If you love outdoors and having a base for all sorts of activities. Super easy drive to Landmark which is a massive bonus(we just get a yearly pass and pop in and out all week) We visit very year and been doing so for Our lodge is well maintained , shower good and kitchen decent. Few areas out side been re done but they are currently working on the Bridge so hopefully the rest will follow. Games room handy for games of pool . Swimming pool perfectly adequate and has floats etc. Definitely a great resort for a young family. We have been coming for 12 or so years and our son loves it every time. The best part really is being out in such a stunning location with ducks and the cat that lives there.

If you arrive late bring a torch and good luck in finding the reception. In dire need of renovations! Bathroom, dirty, shower “scold or cold” no pressure. Pool out of order, restaurant not open. Over priced, avoid!

酒店回复: Dear Nell Thank you for your feedback, this is the first time I have had someone report issues finding reception as there are signs directing to you on site and the resort does have lights that come on when it gets dark so I am sorry if you found this to be an issue. We had an issue with the pool in October as the boiler failed and we had to have it replaced we did notify all our guests and gave them access to the swimming pool at Spey Valley Golf & Country Club and also at Macdonald Aviemore Resort both of these pools are located 7 miles away. I am sorry if you had issues with cleanliness and do hope you reported this at the time. Kind Regards Gina

We enjoyed our stay and exploring the area. The lodge was basic but comfortable although lodges were situated quite close together.Pool area is small and sauna disappointing. We used car chargers at night. Only two available so if others are also charging it can be tricky. More are being installed in Aviemore. We enjoyed sitting in evening sun outside for a pint when the bar was open. The restaurant however was awful- food was the worst we had in all week-I couldn’t even eat it. Do waste your money and eat elsewhere or cook in the lodge.

The pool is 11 metres by 5 metres so not the biggest but for the most part ideal for the number of lodges we have. The car chargers are a new addition and as you say we currently have two and if demand calls for it we will have another two installed, we do ask guests to be considerate and move their cars once they have completed charging. The bar is open five nights out of seven Wednesday through to Sunday, I do hope you addressed any issues in the restaurant at the time but will be sure to pass your comments across. Kind Regards Gina

We went for our son’s 40th birthday and booked a meal for six in the restaurant. One chicken starter was raw , one starter never came till every one else had finished eating. Steak dinners were disgraceful.all meals were cold after waiting an hour and forty minutes for them and restaurants manager was rude because we complained and said it was the butchers fault steaks were not good not theirs

The restaurant is franchised out and not run by the Lochanhully Resort however, I have to say very surprised to read your comments as the majority of feedback concerning the restaurant has been very positive about the food, the staff. However I would like to add that I spoken to the day after your dining experience, yes I understand there was an issue with your starter and Wendy apologized and removed it from the bill, in regards to the wait, I understand that all the party ordered steaks and you were advised at the time that there would be a wait as there were another couple of large tables in the restaurant. Great accommodation and well equipped for our stay . Enjoyed the on-site restaurant and kids loved the swimming pool. Lovely area and Landmark just down the road which the kids enjoyed the most .

Grounds are lovely and peaceful. We really enjoyed walking the trails, the sport court, and the restaurant. Don't be nervous about previous reviews -- they appear to be dated right after Covid hit the tourism industry so hard. We are so glad we came! The cabin exceeded expectations. Our unit had new dishes, updated furniture, and a solid kitchen. The bath is spacious even if the shower is a but weak. Embrace it! This cabin and the overall resort feel like a gem tucked into nature.

经过12个小时的车程，我们本以为能找到一个舒适的地方，但相反，是一个臭气熏天的小屋和肮脏的房间，床上有头发和毛皮🤮一切都非常旧，厨房很棒，但没有保存其他的。我们付了 3 晚的费用，但连 12 个小时都没有住，我永远不会回去或推荐这个地方。 PS：下午6点以后就没有工作人员了。
