The towels are really old I have picture of everything if you need to see it
The floors are sleepy I call the office and they don’t care
The bed smell like they don’t wash it
If ******* wants to see the picture I can provide it about the bathroom and towel and electrical connectors are broken and unsafe to used it
I thrust because the hotel was advertising on ******* but please take care of your costumers

Yes pet friendly, the area is Scary & Uneasy feeling, Things in the room was horrid (the bathroom door lock is Broken the door frame is the same way, toilet paper holder broken, toilet seat broken, the fire alarm is missing out of ceiling, we weren't able to use the refrigerator because the door on it doesn't shut because the ice in freezer is out so far it can't close, the plug out have no covers & most of them don't work, the screen on the window has blue tape on it because it's all tore up, there is 1 microwave it's in the office, the floors are so sticking your feet that stick to it, beds are very worn out, last thing the pillows are like sleeping on a bunch of small cotton balls from being washed so many times & Very Noisy) We had to wait 1 1/2 hrs to check in all in all it's 1 of the worst hotels I have been in. We have stayed there before it was bad but now it's only got Worse!

Put some money back into the business, that place use to be a very nice place but now it’s a run down hole in the wall especially for the rates they asking for.

The room was absolutely terrible. I got there at 2:30am-3am paid $195.00 I checked out at 1pm 10/24/2025 the towels looked like the cleaned the floor with them stained badly so were the comforters and sheets. Thankfully I travel with my own towels,pillows and sheets. I stepped into the shower with my sandals it was so bad for a quick rinse and headed out to find a different location. I asked for a cancellation due to the state of the room the staff refused I have pictures to prove it. The room picture in ******* are not accurate to what the room looked like at all. This location should really not be here and definitely not the price I paid for. I spent less in a little town in Elko, NV and it was in a much better shape than this location. Very, very disappointed with my stay at Red Roof Inn

The staff was great but the rooms were in poor condition: damaged floors, dirty linen, leaking shower heads that spray all over the floor, the lobby was closed and had to do all transactions outside.

这辈子住酒店,我还是头一回遇到这么糟糕的经历。房间里装了光线传感器,每隔15分钟就亮一次。我和我伴侣根本没法睡觉。更糟糕的是,二手烟会通过通风口和空调管道飘进来。酒店还宣称是新装修的,对吸烟零容忍!真是太讽刺了。我们这次住宿体验实在太差了。我们要求全额退款,但到现在还没收到。

糟糕透了。他们没有给我安排无烟房。电视坏了,服务电话也打不通,浴室里也没有肥皂。我要求换房间,但他们没有。最后,我退房的时候,前台一个人也没有,所以我不得不等。我非常失望,不推荐这家酒店,以后再也不会来了。
