酒店回复: Not sure what happened here as the room selected shows clearly there are stairs up to it so not sure if this was missed. We have 8 rooms. 2 are located to the front of the property the rest are located to the rear. When you book through an OTA online travel agent all our pre stay emails including car park instructions come to you via this platform so if you don’t log in then you wouldn’t receive the instructions. The room you stayed in is one of our most popular rooms. If you had called we would have swapped you to a ground floor room. We have never had any feedback on the noise to the front of the property as we are a very small town of just 17,500 population. Sorry you didn’t have the wonderful experience other travellers had. If you had called we would have solved it for you. Many Thanks

按照给出的方向很容易找到，而且很容易进入房间，房间和室外区域都很漂亮，而且位置优越，靠近奥斯沃斯特里镇，一定会再次入住。
噪音大 - 位于主干道上
找不到停车场 - 位置不好找。停车后，很难找到酒店入口。由于酒店位于繁忙的主干道上，夜间交通繁忙：卡车、货车等，导致睡眠不足。木质楼梯上下需要小心，完全不适合老年人或体弱者。风格大于内涵，令人失望。
允许携带宠物，干净、整洁，配有超级舒适的床垫。温馨的氛围☺️如果我再回到这个地区，我不会再寻找其他任何东西了——我已经找到我最喜欢的了
早餐舒适，但略显粗糙
房间不错，床很舒服，老板很热情。早餐价格过高，因为拼凑起来很随意，比如早餐松饼就是个小圆面包，全套英式早餐也不是很完整。
