酒店回复: Thank you very much for your nice words towards the hotel, we do our best to serve our visitors so that they feel at home...we are very sorry if it was colder than normal that night which even affected the sheets, usually the Puembo area has a warm temperate climate but very occasionally the nights are cold we think this is what happened. We would have liked this problem to be pointed out to us in order to provide electric heaters, ironing the sheets or hot water covers that we have in the hotel. This place is amazing! From airport pick up/drop off, to the amazing facilities and grounds, and the meals!

Absolutely fantastic stay there! Such a beautiful place, historic, well maintained, and the staff is 10/10 - I couldn't recommend this place more for your stay in Ecuador!! They really do an amazing job keeping the grounds in such perfect condition and the staff go out of their way to help with anything you might need.

We had a delightful stay in this beautiful, quiet hacienda. The gardens are lovely and the food is delicious. Its location near the airport is very convenient for early or late flights. Elizabeth and Rafael made us feel so welcome we felt like we were almost in our own home and would love to go back to visit again.

One word to sum up our two nights here…. Beautiful! This place is unbelievable. Beautiful grounds to walk, wonderful staff, FABULOUS meals and the rooms are gorgeous. The antiques are beautiful and novel. If you’re looking for a tv though, none in the rooms. We were okay with that. We would stay here again!!

Top renovated ancient Hotel/Hacienda (450 years old). Each detail is made with maximum care and love. You could feel the history. Top friendly hosts, super service and support to trips and transports to anywhere. Top meals, amazing. Top wifi.

This is one of the most amazing places that I have ever stayed! We arrived late and had not had anything to eat so asked Elizabeth if there was anyplace nearby to get a bite. She said there was not but that she could fix us something. My Spanish is not the best, and I thought she said she could make us some chicken soup - perfect! Well I had that all wrong - they made us a three course meal that was beyond amazing! It was one of our favorite meals in Ecuador. And Elizabeth is a food artist (and a lovely woman) - the dishes were simply beautiful. The grounds and buildings/furnishings are gorgeous and there was ample hot water. Many of the rooms and linens are painted with beautiful flowers and birds painted by an artist friend of hers. There is an amazing great room for small events. You definitely feel like you are in the country, but Quito is quite close. Reservations are necessary.
