A fantastic hotel, we stayed 2 nights, the room was spotless the bed was really comfy we had plenty of space and a lovely shower. The choice at breakfast is brilliant and the full English breakfast is delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly too.

Historic hotel
Very quaint, older hotel in Swillington, Leeds. Bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. Breakfast was excellent. I think the only downside is that there aren’t a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

A lovely weekend away - great stay!
Wonderful. Carol and her family were so lovely. A beautiful place and right near a bus stop/train station to head into Leeds.
The room was great with everything we needed and breakfast was amazing, cooked to perfection with our preferences asked for. A great stay and we would absolutely stay again. Thank you

Place comfortable & clean. Breakfast nice & fresh & hosts very welcoming.
Pleasant canal walk nearby too if wanting to clear your head before your journey home
