This was my first stay at the Pristine Hotel, and it certainly won’t be my last. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the doormen, reception staff and manager. My room was very spacious, well appointed, and very well maintained. The bathroom facilities were exceptional. The service we received from all levels of staff was superb. The staff were courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The customer services manager, Vijay, was extremely helpful and had arranged a number of trips for us ***** with a very well informed and insightful guide. The trips were excellent and Vijay was very keen to ascertain how they went and whether we had enjoyed them. We took breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and both were excellent. The food was exceptional and the restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and courteous. We were certainly very well looked after. I shall certainly look forward to staying here again. Thank you Hotel Pristine for a superb stay.

I really enjoyed my time at Pristine Hotel, Varanasi. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room was large, very clean and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. I’d definitely recommend it.

My third time at this hotel and definitely time I put pen to paper. Could not fault the food, the service and the genuine interest of the staff to make my visit special. Staff were always happy to serve and to help. Room was 5 star, peaceful and spotless. They had great knowledge of the locality and the tourist attractions, and can arrange anything within reason. A wonderful visit, I shall return. Special thanks to managers for doing such a good job.

1. Full marks to the courteous staff special mention to Shubham and Rajat for there Hospitality in the restaurant. Food was very good and all dishes were nice. 2. Room was excellent, the only issue was with the location of the AC vents which were directly at our face. 3. Ambience and over feel in thsi hotel was amazing. We will definitely plan to stay here again in our next visit.

My papa (74) and mummy(67) visited the pristine hotel in April 2025 with 4 other couples . They were delighted with the service. Being all senior citizens, they were taken care of cert well by staff. Rooms were clean and their stay was comfortable. They particularly enjoyed their meals and good locality of the hotel near Government circuit house.

The staff is untrained. Even the general manager takes no responsibility for the blunders the staff does. Nor does he put an effort to rectify the mistakes & actions. Don’t waste your money in staying at Pristine for this price. Better properties available
