We had a lovely time at Wyford. Just the one night unfortunately … to break the drive from Johannesburg to Underberg. Aloe Cottage was perfect for the four of us (two couples). The farm setting is gorgeous and Cecile (and the dogs!) was very welcoming and generous. It's a rustic stay in a very old cottage that has been nicely done up. Thank you, Cecile … !

A fabulous tranquil overnight between JHB and DBN. Very clean and everything you need. Very friendly landlady, Cecile. Real farm life and they offer to assist with milking and herding cows. Lovely experience for children.

Thanks for an awesome stay... We did a walk on the farm between farm animals.... Super chilled. Room filled with heat from the indoor stove..... Very neat and well equipped.

It was our second stay at Wyford farm and we will certainly return many more times. The scenery is beautiful, the cottage is well equipped and spotless, and you just feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

We were travelling between KZN and Gauteng and decided last minute to stop over. We are so glad we found this spot as it is ideally located just off the highway and was comfortable and well appointed. Would really recommend.
