A small but Cozy swimming pool will definitely excite you for a dip after a days trip to the beach . They serve breakfast by the pool and the food is pretty good . What stands out is the top notch service quality and friendliness of the staff. Mr Sachin is a gem of a person who will help you with all your needs during your stay . He arranged the scooty , Cab to station for a very reasonable rate . Also they surprised us with a gift while checking out . Really appreciate the gesture from the team . This hotel is located very conveniently to all the happening places of Anjuna and vagator . The area is full of all the famous eateries of Goa ( Gunpowder , Jamun , Mustard , Sublime , Avo’s kitchen ) . I will be definitely coming back for my next stay .

I think this is the best hotel till now with so cooperative and helpful staff..whenever i ll travel to goa i will surely book this place only such a clean property a boy from staff named grikman momin is very very helpful and always ready to help 24/7 also manager Mr.sachin is so so polite and helpful. They never say no to anything but always ready to help whatever asked for.10000 times recommendation for this place.

i absolutely loved my experience here...everyone was so welcoming and friendly here and they always made sure your requests and needs were met..They go above and beyond, and treat you like family..the rooms were specious and clean,and our stay was really comfortable..also a special shout out to Me.Sanjeev Singh....He is an amazing man...very helpful..Friendly and efficient manner....if you are looking for a place to stay in ..this is the best place to be....i strongly recommend it....Its like a home...with good food...services and many more....

What an excellent stay to say the very least! The staff at the hotel is what makes it a notch above the other properties of Goa. Front Desk welcomed us with so much warmth and grace and made sure our stay was super comfortable make our kids feel happy while we were there. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the popular eateries. The staff at the pool, The restaurant looked after us at all times. It’s a well-made property with very comfortable rooms. One can choose the double queen beds rooms while staying with kids. The food quality and taste were really good. A big thank you to The Justa casa frangipani Goa for this enjoyable holiday!

I had a wonderful stay here at Justa Casa! It was tucked away on a nice quiet street — where some of the best restaurants in Goa are. The room was very clean. The showers were exceptionally nice with great water pressure and temperature. The staff are wonderful too! The manager went out of his way multiple time to make sure I was comfortable — it was very thoughtful!

The rooms were very good and spacious, and felt luxurious. The staff were really nice and were always happy to help even in the late hours of the night. The food from the in-house kitchen was pretty good. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

This is one of the best properties to stay in North Goa. Very nicely located from the hustle & buzz of the north goa. Rooms are good in size & offer a good view of the mountains. Staff was very cordial, and service is prompt. Food at the all-day dining restaurant is good and has a good spread in breakfast. It’s a kid friendly resort as they have a very good kids play area where they can spend a good amount playing games, doing painting and many more. Special mention to HK Team for keeping the kids engaged in various activities. Also, Sachin Mgr. was kind enough to help us various sightseeing options. I would highly recommend this property.
