Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, polite and efficient. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean , has a coffee machine and kettle. Shower room was roomy and shower controls would suit anybody. When I return I will definitely book directly with the accommodation.

A brilliant team
The staff were the star of the show, on every interaction we had with them the were friendly and couldn't be more helpful. If you are doing Hadrians Wall Walk, this is the place to stay in Wylam / Heddon on the Wall.

We had a lovely stay here over Christmas. They made us feel so at home and looked after. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. Good vegetarian options. It’s super charming and the staff are great. Highly recommend!

Stayed here while we were attending a wedding at nearby Northside Farm. Rooms are dated but very clean, the area is quiet and the breakfasts in the bistro downstairs were delicious! No issues getting taxis around the area.

Water ran cold or super hot randomly so impossible to have a shower. No bedside tables. Terrible mattress. Uneven floor. Unstable cabinet for tea service, just walking near it made tea spill. Dodgy looking extension cord for kettle.
