The owner doesn't take responsible for your reservation. he doesn't answer phone call. He locked and turn off the office light to show not interesting serve the customers.

This hotel scammed me out of my money and double booked the hotel leaving my family and I and a baby without our rooms and defrauded out of our money, legal action will be taken

When we booked a hotel, they took our reservation and when we reached the property, they said that they don’t have any rooms available so if they don’t have rooms available why would they take the reservation? We drive three hour to get there? And when we get there there was no room. It was around 12 at night and we had to find other hotel for ourselves. It was very terrible experience very bad Hotel very terrible experience we had

The windows were open and could shut them the cranks were gone. There was black latex gloves on our bed. We got one bathtowl, two hand towels and a dirty washcloth. Because I have hair down to my butt.I got the bath towel and my husband had to use two hand towels for the shower. When we tried to go to the office, it was closed.
There is no telephones. But they also need to update their linens.Cuz, they were so thin that they looked like something that we would all throw away.

The hotel is closed. No guests allowed. However, there were some people occupying the property who were generous enough to tell me that the city pulled the license from the hotel. Nothing like showing up to a town far from home with a reservation that was booked months in advance, only to be told that you have nowhere to stay! Great job!

I got to this motel last night in Hurley Wisconsin, the love oil, and there was a sign on the door saying sorry our computers are done you can't stay here. It's not a whole lot of service left in this world is there?

通过*******预订了两间房，住两晚。入住当天到达酒店，却发现门锁着，还贴着“暂时关闭”的告示。我们抵达前从未收到任何通知，打电话也没人接，但他们却提前扣了我们的钱！外面满是垃圾，设备也老旧不堪。从外观上看，酒店一点也不好。
这是一家非常糟糕的酒店。床很糟糕。地板脏兮兮的，而且不平整。电视坏了。冰箱坏了。浴室很脏。毛巾脏兮兮的。恒温器坏了。
说实话，住在这里的唯一原因是靠近镇上的酒吧。
