Hot water wasn’t working by the time we got there. However they did call and tell us that to let us know. That was good
We had to be moved 3 times 2 of the ac units was making a loud and funny nose. We finally got a room that the AC unit wasn’t make a loud funny noise but the bed was horrible. I felt all of the bed springs when i was trying to sleep needless to say I didn’t get good sleep

Elevators small, one out of service, no coffee on the lobby and cramped rooms. Nicely appointed rooms, but very small. Also no tourist info in lobby. Seemed like a cut rate hotel. Will not be back.

Don’t stay here.
This hotel has been open for less than six months. The HVAC system is horrible. The fans cycle on and off every five minutes and are so loud. It feels like a plane is entering the room. After three days, we were so tired and agitated we can’t wait to get home. Furthermore, they do not service the room. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels we were there for three days, and no one came to straighten up the room, bring towels, or empty the trash, we were told multiple things about the service there by the staff. The staff seems to be lacking in training I could go on, but that’s all you need to know. Just don’t stay here. You will have a miserable night, trying to sleep in this hotel. It’s too bad. It looked good on paper.

Air conditioning was extremely loud and made falling asleep difficult. Bellmen were there solely to valet park and offered no help with luggage. One evening during our stay the bar had no bank and could not accept cash payment for drinks or food. (We prefer using and tipping in cash whenever possible)

Very lovely hotel and friendly staff. Hallways smelled a bit musty, but it didn’t carry into the rooms. Very nice bar/restaurant with a patio

世界上最糟糕的空调系统!我们第一个房间的空调噪音太大,嘎嘎作响,我们不得不换房间。第二个房间也好不到哪里去。就像在厨房炉灶的抽油烟机下睡觉一样难受。
你们的代客泊车服务早上7点才开始,没人告诉我们。我们早上6点就离开酒店了,我不得不穿过一个商业停车场去找我的车。
酒店很棒,位置很偏僻,街上也只能看到几个流浪汉。
附近的房屋维护得很好,街道也很干净,但大家都说这里不太安全。不过,酒店很漂亮,也很新。
