Room card programmer was not working at check-in but desk clerk was very apologetic and helpful, let us into our room and card machine was working by the time we got back from dinner. Breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was good.

The staff were very friendly both at check-in and during breakfast. The room was basic but for the price it was just fine. Breakfast was very good with eggs, potatoes, ham, and great biscuits and gravy! If we are ever in the area again we will stay here.

The woman who checked us in was very nice, and the woman stocking the breakfast food was very efficient. Because of that, I didn’t complain, but should have. Our room was quite dirty…sticky substance on the bathroom floor, something that had dripped down the front of the tv fixture, dead bugs in the window sill, stains on the awful chairs, nothing dusted or cleaned, and the edges/ corners of the room hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. The pool area was pretty good, as was breakfast. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

The Carpet had holes in it and was buckled up. Because of that it seemed dirty. Didn’t eat the breakfast so not going to comment on that.

The room was filthy. The drain in the shower was plugged. Towels were not clean. The TV did not work when we arrived. The person who came to the room to fix the TV was very rude and actually insulted me. I will never return to this place

We would have been more than willing to switch you rooms and or fix the issues you were having. As for the night clerk she is one of our best so sorry to hear you were not happy with her services.
