I stood at casa Lata for the second time. Just an amazing place! Breakfast is amazing with fresh eggs and local product and all people are super friendly. The room is also amazing since combine old style to modern facility like a beautiful new shower. Definitely a place to visit!

My girlfriend and I did the wine tasting and regional tapas selection. I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away by the entire experience. When we arrived they immediately made us feel comfortable while we awaited our tour. Our guide (Sara) was very informative and passionate about the wine-making, including growing, fermenting, and bottling. We got an up-close look at each step of the journey, with detailed explanations for each part. She spoke English fluently and had great insights into all aspects of the process. We then went to taste the wines, which were all so unique and delicious. There were 4 wines (white, rosé, red, and sparkling). To pair with each wine, the hostesses brought out appropriate dishes, including charcuterie, bread, salad, regional empanadas, fish, house-made sausage, and pastel de nata for dessert. Everyone we encountered at Casa Lata was incredibly kind and hospitable. The value of the experience was off the charts, given the amount of food, wine, and the tour. 10/10.

The property is lovely and peaceful. The hotel is beautifully appointed. The staff is very professional and the food and wine is good. We stayed 5 days, and we cannot wait to visit again.

Loved our stay here, wish it could’ve been for longer (we stayed for a night, for a wedding at nearby venue Solar de Levada). Margarida and her family were so friendly and inviting and the property was very beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. We felt at home straight away. Excellent communication before, during and after; beautiful pool area with sun loungers and hammock; wonderful breakfast that delighted all members of our family (including a small child); spacious room and bed. We left a pair of sunglasses by the pool and they were located and posted to us very quickly. Would love to return.

Beautiful Family owned Quinta
Wonderfully maintained and family owned eco property with a large pool and vineyard. The Vino Verde was crisp and refreshing. It was a lovely stay and would recommend it for a relaxing stop after sightseeing in Braga or any of the surrounding towns.
