This review is for their much hyped Thali.... Visited on 1st Jan with family. They charged me for my kid which is fine but they gave him plate to eat in which even a roti could not fit properly. I have visited almost all thali places in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad - Sukanta, Durvankur, Surya Mangal, Raha, Rajwadi Gaurav, Maharaja etc...but this is the only Thali where I witnessed such a bad treatment. Infact while serving kid in big plate they lifted his plate in between. Such low etiquettes. Raised voice at the billing counter and also to hospitality staff manager but guess nothing much would happen. In case there are cameras installed request hospital administration to watch out what had happened. Also we had paid for food including our child, we were not eating for free. Request people to try other nearby thali restaurants for good hospitality etiquettes.

Very supportive and compassionate staff. I experienced severe stomach pain around 2:30 a.m. and immediately contacted the front desk. The team responded without delay—they arranged a wheelchair, a vehicle, and ensured that medical assistance was available promptly. Their concern, coordination, and calm handling of the situation truly stood out. Special thanks to Mr. Ashutosh and the entire team for their courtesy and humane approach. Excellent ambience and a very comfortable stay overall. This was truly service beyond self—a reminder that humanity is very much alive. Highly recommended. Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Top International, Pune.

I enjoyed a lot at tiptop hotel pune. Which is near to highway.team member were really politely.Specially mentioned few member Ms.sukanya ,Hemant and Bhavesh doing well job .with well behaved.I will make sure highly recommend to family and friends for stay.

非常好的印度风格酒店，空间非常大。房间非常舒适，有漂亮的意大利浴室。酒店的餐厅非常完美。服务非常一致，也非常丰富。很多不同的菜肴，对于那些害怕的人来说有点辣，就我个人而言，我喜欢印度菜，我真的很喜欢它。早餐非常齐全，有印度式、国际式或法式。
