房间很干净，早上打扫了 睡了午觉，下午又去打扫了一次。 很多个餐厅 有些收费，但是大部分都是免费，饮料喝到撑了
房间很大很漂亮，阳台也很大，离餐厅游泳池很近、箱子最好要锁好！房间里面有保险箱，贵重物品可以放进去很安全。服务员有时会进来打扫换毛巾。
服务员都很热情，一路上都会打招呼，果汁咖啡都很好喝，早上很多面包，各种甜甜圈🥯，很好吃😋
烤牛肉烤鱼都很嫩很新鲜。
玩累了躺在沙滩椅上喝着各种酒水饮料，很放松😎看着美丽的大海觉得很幸福😍
整个酒店的WI-FI都很快随时可以与朋友分享，下次还会选择入住，很开心的度假时光。

非常糟糕的体验。这已经是我第三次入住了，但我不会再来了。
虽然景色依然很美，但其他方面都在走下坡路。我每天都不得不打电话给主管或经理，投诉员工的态度恶劣和不专业。Mora酒店的标准越来越差，真是太令人羞耻了。这绝对不是一个五星级酒店应有的水准。
景美、餐厅也不错、很适合度假的酒店
这个酒店好坏参半，先说有待提高的方面：
1/ 前台态度恶劣，完全无服务意识，订的海景房被安排在一楼且完全无景的房间，与前台沟通无果，且遭遇强烈争辩，声称此房型价格和和订的一致，在阳光透过缝隙，有可能看见“一线”景。经半夜邮件投诉，才得以在第二日升级换房。入住时，除扔来一张房卡，并无必要briefing ,我连下载酒店服务app都是从XHS上查的，打前台拨什么号码也不知道！
2/ 酒店并无hotel limo ,如需出行，需要自行找出租车。
3/ 酒店有4个餐厅，但其中烤肉和亚洲菜餐厅用酒店App完全是无法预订，只能找customer relationship manager 帮忙才订上。
好的方面如下：
1/酒店位置得天独厚，海滩很美。
2/ 酒店实施一价全包，各个餐厅食品丰富，出品良好，服务态度好，酒吧，甜品屋也十分方便。餐厅的营业时间也安排合理。
3/性价比高，酒店目前刚满一年，正在进行二期工程施工，人气不错。
4/在书面实名邮件投诉后，有负责人跟进并处理。
5/水上活动丰富，追海豚，喂海龟，捡海星，海上日落都不远，安排方便。
临走打电话话前台派人来帮拿行李。十分钟没人来。再打已经无人听电话，只能自己搬行李下楼。到了大堂，有工作人员飞快冲过来告知，未收政府税。

优点：酒店非常大设施也不错，很干净。单独拥有一片海滩，可以租借冲浪设备之类的，出海追海豚也方便。 位置独立离岛上其他地方有点远，感觉住1-2天就可以了。
缺点：服务感觉有点漫不经心的，中午预订了beach club的午餐，到了之后竟然说我们的午餐有人吃了，还特别不相信我们的样子。那个服务员的态度特别让人生气，都花了好几千住酒店了，谁还能因为一顿午饭说谎呀。这个服务真的绝了，不知道服务员怎么培训的。花了几千块，服务还这么糟心。 在这里就别期待啥星级服务了，然后也别预定特殊餐厅了，直接吃自助餐厅吧，省时省事还不会生气。
