The only good thing was bed comfortable.

At midnight room above someone took a shower, our ceiling leaked! Bathroom sink doesn't drain.

Room shouldn't have been in use until habitable.

Not worth the price!

Check in was an unpleasant experience. We booked online, 3 separate rooms, one being handicap accessible. We had a tire blow out and sat on the side of the road for hours before being able yo get help. Thus, checking in close yo midnight. The staff member was not knowledgeable (although polite and apologetic) and had to call another employee come help her. That employee belittled the untrained person basically telling her that she was stupid for not understanding how to do the check in process. Instead of showing her and helping, she continued to throw insults and embarrass the new employee through the process with me standing right there. She was on the verge of tears! It was very unprofessional and made me, the guest, feel awkward and sorry for all the trouble.

Once I finally got into my room (after having to get keys remade twice), I came to find that the bathroom in my room was unclean. On the floor was clusters of hair and the previous guests pen. The toilet was dirty and looked as if it had been used for a few weeks since it’s last cleaning. The beds were freshly clean and made and there was new clean towels. It just seemed the toilet and bathroom floor were missed. At this point it’s around midnight and I’ve already caused a fuss checking in that I’m fearful to ask for a new CLEAN room. Instead, I used the bathroom in my parents room down the hall. I don’t want to stay here again and can not give it a good review, very disappointed.

If the room cleaning was better, it’d be amazing!

Overall I was happy to stay there. It just bothered me that it was clearly not vacuumed, the comforter was pretty heavily stained, and the floor behind the toilet was dirty as well.

Thank goodness the hotel was cheap. It was definately "you get what you pay for".

Upon check in Natasha was very short with us. When we walked up to the counter she just starred at us, when I said we just need to check ib she gave a big huff then said " ok, name?" Stayed seated in a chair for the entire check in process then after she printed a form that we needed to sign she she was forced to stand MOMENTARILY, and gave a big huff again and said "I dont want to stand". During this whole check in process there was a women standing in the opened window area to the side of the check in desk with a half smoke cigarette in her hand and a lighter. They were talking more about why it took so long for her to get out of her workplace than interacting with us. Once we got to the room the key card reader would need to tap/rub the card over it multiple times, Once up to 2minutes before it would unlock. I told Natasha about this yet that day, she again huffed and said "ok" nothing everything was resolved during 2 night stay. Floor was mopped but not swepted prior so just dried dirt rubbed everywhere. Bathroom tub faucet was not properly secured. Twice during differ showers it FELL OFF THE WALL! Water went flying straight forward. Once it fell on my daughter foot and left a bruise. When told the late teen/early 20's worker about it she said "someone just looked at that yesterday when someone else checked out" um we were in that room & didnt check out. Breakfast bar was pretty much empty

Good dog area, space for my lab to run around. Breakfast was extremely limited but had good waffles. Unfortunately I booked for a first floor room and was put on the 2nd floor.
