It was worst experience from check in to check out while checking I asked for twin bed receptionist denied 1) Asked for Wi fi password complete denied 2) Asked for swimming pool access complete denied told lot of water wasted so we closed 3) Television Recharge- Denied no money for recharge Tata sky compete night he took 4) Bathroom cleaning - Denied 5) Good Night- Refill complete night he took and finally he was non responsive 6) Linen and Pillows cover change -Denied It was worst hotel I have booked through Go Ibibo complete false information and photo given in photo of the room advised never book through Go- Ibibo I tried several times to connect call centre Go Ibibo but non responsive I am advising if you are getting free this Hotel then also don’t stay otherwise you will seek

If you are thinking of booking this property, Kindly don't go for this. It seems like a ghost property.During my stay I have to wait for 15 min for the receptionist. After that multiple things happened like, dirty stinking rooms but no housekeeping, blood stains on curtains, You will find cockroaches everywhere either you are sleeping or bathing. Once you check in, there will be no staff to assist you.
worst experience, as they cut power also in between and don't have any backup as well.

Whenever i am going to kota then i will choose rallentino hotel. Because the staff's behaviour is very good. It's near the railway station. Few improvements required for room cleaning. Room floors are dirty so please keep them clean and otherwise everything is good.

the hotel isn't 3 star level property as it mentions. Its just a remnant of an earlier 3 star property. The furniture and structure is like a 3 star hotel but the cleanliness, hygiene and service are like a local oyo room. there are stains on sheets, chair and also tables. the toilet seat is not clean from the inside. doors are broken. Theres no place to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. Water gets collected on the floor while bathing. If you are paying more than 1500 don't, its not worth more than that.

Nice room cleaning and staff behaviour. Hotels are near by railway station so it's convenient to go railway station
