My husband and I had been traveling in a camper van for three weeks and luckily found this fabulous site. We were thrilled with the possibility of camping here because the views were out of this world, but my husband had been dealing with Bronchitis and really needed a rest. When we asked the owner Tore if he had any rooms available he showed us this wonderful suite with three bedrooms, full kitchen and living room and two baths overlooking the striking views of the valley. Plus, it had a sauna!! Just perfect for rehabbing. We were in love and stayed three nights. I had been cooking in our tiny camper so when we got to experience the hotels restaurant for dinner, we were thrilled with the delicious meal and the friendly staff there. I loved the kitchen in our unit and did our cooking here as well. It is fully equipped and so open. Tore was so helpful in helping us also plan two days of hiking in the park which was perfect for us. Hiking here is like being on another planet and we were in love with it. We live in California, but would love to return someday to experience this magical place once again. Thank you Tore so much for our fantastic visit. You have created an amazing place for visitors to fully see Rondane National Park.

Attentive, friendly service! wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner. Stayed here 2 nights with a big English speaking ski tour group. Everyone patiently answered our endless questions, filled our thermos with coffee/tea etc, accommodated our needs. Fabulous common areas with fireplace. Wowzer views looking west across the valley. Would stay here again for that 'down home' feeling.

Fjellhotell 和露营地都很漂亮，强烈推荐给想要放松休息或长途徒步旅行的人。设施维护得很好。他们最近新增了一个玻璃封闭的户外桑拿房，我们非常喜欢。可惜的是，服务团队经常无法及时操作桑拿房，也无法将桑拿房的温度调到正常温度——这让我们非常失望。
