I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was subpar—my room wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bathroom had stains that were hard to ignore. The staff was also not very helpful or friendly, which made the experience worse. I expected better service for the price I paid. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make significant improvements in both cleanliness and customer service.
