Pipers Cove is currently under massive upgrade Construction. I stayed here a couple nights to see the neighbor and my other "home" JPC, which is also under renovation. This is a charming property with an old-school laid-back Jamaica vibe. Carol & her staff made it comfortable, even though there was work going on. The Pool is currently closed, but it was a nice relaxing stay as there were only a couple other guests. Can't wait to see the finished product next year!

This property is under construction, so maybe it was not the best time to visit. It was noisy all day from 9AM-5PM. Hopefully after the construction is done, it will be the normal peaceful and quiet place again. The pool was also out of service. I was not aware of the construction or the pool being out of service, and was not notified of this before my arrival.

Piper's Cove was an excellent choice for our vacation. The staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous. We would love to return and enjoy another stay at Pipers Cove.

I love this place. It has a very homely vibe. Friendly staff. Good Jamaica food. Lovely views and the hotel feels safe. This was a major thing for me. 24 hour security and a gated property. Very clean hotel. I will be staying here whenever I visit Jamaica.

We stayed here for a weekend for a quiet relaxing time . We booked a studio and paid on arrival . After the staff checked us in to an apartment and we had all settled, .we were told that there were no studios available for the first night but for second night we will have to pay the apartment price difference or move over to a studio . We were expected to check out of the apartment at 12 and check into studio by 3 after we had booked 2 nights . This was their error and yet we were inconvenienced . This place is poorly managed with dated facilities , missing pipe fittings in the shower area and paint stripping all around the facility . The beach area is full of sea moss and no real area to swim. Dinner orders must be made by morning and delivered to you for latest 530pm or else you won’t eat , Breakfast is not included and you need to order by 6am with a fee attached . We will never stay here and we do not recommend it either . There are many nearby hotels that are much better . If you are desperate for 1 night stay then go ahead but make sure all rates and payments are agreed. There is no bar or area to get drinks so walk with your food and drink to cook in a very dated kitchen. Bring your eye pads to sleep at night because the sun comes straight in as the curtains are not adequate.

Hotel needs renovating terribly, Old fashion curtains & furniture, bed frame favours a Coffin, ever so dark in the room even with the lights on Howard aka Kurt - Manager flirts with you, for which I find not professional! I hear his out of touch Aunty isn't too much fun. Swimming pool cute, gardens nice, view to sea nice. $20 US for a food- expensive OMG & not value for money, try the shops on the road, budget friendly/cheaper and you can get a lot more items for your $20US. I didn't buy any of the hotel food not worth my hard earned cash. $106 US a night might be cheap but no need for a dowdy room experience especially if you wish to relax all day in there. Run to the ground hotel- Stay here at your peril
