It’s a lovely boutique hotel, with lovely staff and nice touches. In the heart of Lisbon , easy reach of many attractions , it’s a perfect base for a Lisbon city break except for those with mobility issues as there’s no lift and very steep stairs . A slightly weird layout as the reception is in the street behind the rooms , and accessed by a different door , the staff are very helpful and all becomes clear . The rooms are pleasant and clean , I suppose they are all slightly different , which is nice . Comfy beds, large bathroom with a window ( all double glazed ) just as well as this is a noisy part of town . Take a plug if you want a bath or to hold water in the basin . Great shower , hair drier , fridge in room , they will help with luggage if the stairs make it difficult. Nice continental breakfast , fresh fruit, yogurt and meats and cheeses . Perfect hotel for the able bodied in a great position .

We had a lovely stay at Casa Do Mercado Lisboa, the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast room was very nice only thing was the tables are a bit to small other than that lovely. The food was very nice and fresh. Staff helpful. Hotel is close to many restaurants and the sights.

We stayed only one night in Lisbon this time, but really enjoyed our stay at Casa do Mercado. It is a charming B&B in the Chiado district and very close to Barrio Alto and many of Lisbon‘s charming sights. The rooms are renovated with charm too. Beside the good location and the comfortable rooms we were really impressed by the service. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful with the check-in. We also asked recommendations on authentic places for lunch and Fado. Manuel gave us the best advice. We‘ll visit again when in Lisbon. Obrigado!

Location, location, location! This property is in the best location to explore and enjoy Lisbon. Maria is phenomenal. Would stay here again. Just know there is no elevator so if have heavy luggage be prepared to carry up one flight of stairs. There are rooms on the first floor so maybe ask for one if that is the case. Great place to stay in Lisbon!

酒店位置不错，但是：酒店酒吧/前台就在客房旁边，这非常不方便询问信息或享用早餐。抵达时，房间里弥漫着一股陈旧的烟草味/潮湿的气味。墙壁很薄，隔音效果很差。一楼的客房正对着酒吧，晚上音乐声很大，非常吵闹。别指望这是家四星级酒店，这里根本不是。由于隔音效果差，你几乎相当于和邻居住在同一层楼。除了你自己的淋浴和冲马桶的声音，其他人的淋浴和冲马桶的声音都会在你房间里回荡。水龙头开着发出巨大的噪音。即使每天通风几个小时，房间里仍然非常潮湿。此外，你必须在上午10点前吃完早餐，否则前台会收拾餐桌，并明确告知你必须离开。说实话，我对这家酒店很失望，你付的钱只是买它的地理位置而已。
