We were planning a trip to Ahmedabad to see Coldplay at Narendra Modi Stadium and were looking for a hotel nearby. We decided to call this hotel to check on room availability. Frankly, we're now considering sleeping on the sidewalk because that experience would probably be better than dealing with this hotel's staff. From the moment the receptionist answered, the call was a disaster. His tone was incredibly rude and impatient. When we simply asked if they had rooms available for the dates of the Coldplay concert, he scoffed and said, "If you see there are rooms online, book it don't waste my time" Okay, fair enough, maybe they were full. But his response quickly escalated from rude to outright offensive. When I politely inquired about a possible waitlist, he let loose with a string of profanity that would make a sailor blush. Seriously, I haven't heard language like that since... well, never. He basically told us to go and book it online if it is available sarcastically and then hung up on us. I was absolutely stunned. I understand that hotels get busy during major events, but there is absolutely NO excuse for speaking to potential customers in such a vulgar and unprofessional manner. This receptionist's behavior was beyond unacceptable, and it completely ruined our excitement for our upcoming trip. We were hoping for a "Paradise" of a hotel experience, but this was more like a "Trouble" in the making. Avoid Treebo Hotel Paradise at all costs unless you enjoy being verbally abused. We wouldn't recommend this place to our worst enemies. Thanks to this experience, we're going to need to "Fix You" to repair our mood. Coldplay, here we come... hopefully, with a decent hotel booked somewhere else! Rating: 0/5 Stars (if I could give negative stars, I would)

Nice n spacious Rooms... Well trained staff Neat n clean hotel Room Service was quick n nice No noise of road Breakfast was very good Good parking space Restaurant's , garden, Gujarat Thali food ,hospital, garage, bank of baroda n ATM ,the famous Happy Street for Street food ..are near by in walking distance. Perfect place to stay for solo,business travelers, family, married couples. Hotel don't allow unmarried couples. Very main thing it is a budget friendly hotel. I will definitely book next time as well this hotel on my next visit at Ahmedabad

This is a very old building, old furniture, old bathroom, old manual lift, everything is old. Breakfast is given on the 5th floor limited but food quality was fine. I do not know how this hotel has 4 rating. Only good thing is the room service guy is pleasant. Do not recommend if anything more than a night sleep there.

The receptionists and porters were polite and extremely helpful. Although the building looks quite old, the entire hotel part is renovated and cosy. The fact that no single cockroach was found is a plus.
