Great place to stay, relaxed atmosphere, great food and drink selection; friendly staff and super helpful, so I's certainly stay there again and recommend to all!.. Simon... Leeds.

We went to the Binsted Inn twice in December/January and on each occasion had the best food we have had in a long time. The menu was ‘a la carte’ and beautifully cooked and served, with starter, main and dessert menus. So we booked a table for today, 17th April, to take a friend out for a special birthday lunch. We were so disappointed to see that the menu had been changed to a new Spring menu, which was really just a sandwich and ‘pub grub’ type menu. It was well cooked and enjoyable, but not what we had expected and certainly not the ‘gastro pub’ food we had experienced in the past. Such a shame! We will check menus in future when eating out!

Had lunch from a very limited Lunch Menu. We ordered Scampi & Chips which was a very small portion (6 pieces), luke warm, limp chips & unattractive ‘scraps’ that were obviously tipped from the bag. Presentation poor, no garnish, & a small scruffy tin pot with peas. The £15 cost of this meal is unbelievably expensive. Plum Crumble was weird to say the least - tinned pears heated up in a small ceramic pot then covered with loose nuts and chocolate. I would not recommend this establishment. Soulless, chilly, erratic service, and an annoying loud doorbell to alert staff that food was ready in the kitchen.

酒店回复: We're sorry to hear about your experience. We pride ourselves on presentation and use homemade chips to ensure quality. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll take it on board. We're already planning on Apple Crumble in March, which is always popular.

Attended a wake at the Binsted Inn recently and the staff were phenomenal. They provided an excellent service and were very attentive to our needs especially Megan who served us amazingly. Would definitely recommend coming here if you're after a lovely environment and evening.

Held an afternoon family function in the Binsted Inn restaurant after funeral. A pleasant venue, with a good selection of lovely food, reasonable prices & helpful friendly staff Some gluten free, vegetarian & vegan options (Thanks Tommy). Would highly recommend

We were expecting great things after hearing about this pub but sadly we were disappointed. The Sunday roasts were very poor- anaemic chicken, lamb slices that didn’t look appealing, undercooked vegetables and roast potatoes that were hardly roasted. Other family members had burgers and scampi which were good. Outside could have been lovely but seating was near carpark and couldn’t really be called a garden. Inside looked so much nicer so we should have sat in there. Service was good and couldn’t fault staff.

Stayed here for a single night as a relaxing night away as a couple. The Binsted Inn represents excellent value for money especially as the rate includes breakfast. The room (Willow) was very modern with a comfortable king size bed. The view was to the pub garden out the back. The room has a very large built in wardrobe providing plenty of storage, a DAB radio, bottled water, small desk and a 32" TV. It doesn't have a bath but the shower is very large with a rainfall shower, this was however let down a bit by less than optimal water pressure (countryside?) but more problematic was that on maximum temperature during my shower it varied between lukewarm and warm...it was never hot. The whole place is very modern and tastefully decorated and furnished. WiFi worked well. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Would have been nice to have a few help yourself pastries etc, that would be the only thing I could say to improve but the hot food was cooked to order and was very good. The room was situated above the toilets and there was a fair amount of noise whenever someone used the hand dryers. It was also close to the main entrance through which people were banging past midnight which disturbed my sleep quite a bit. Will review the evening meal on the pub listing.

What a lovely stay at The Binsted Inn. Situated in stunning rolling countryside, it retains its country pub bona fides, while being thoroughly modern where it counts - quality and standards. The rooms are spacious and comfy with open views up the garden offering loads of natural light. Carpeted areas upstairs keeps the residential area quiet, while still being close to the welcoming restaurant. Arboreal-themed rooms add to the natural charm, while the colour schemes are comforting. Worried about rustic roots equalling drafty? Not a chance, as we were toasty warm on a January night. Downstairs, the bar and restaurant is just as impressive, with a wide range of seating styles, and areas with different vibes. On our visit, we were lucky enough to be attending a private party, which meant a brilliant band (Baby Said), with a sizable dance floor. I would certainly recommend such events there! The morning light also brought an additional surprise of a vast and well appointed beer garden, which I will definitely be keen to visit in the warmer months. Finally, the staff was well ahead of proceedings at all times, and anticipating guests' needs with an effortlessly friendly nature. Breakfast on Sunday morning was a joy with plenty of happy faces ready to assist.

Stayed one night with my husband at this beautiful hotel to attend a wedding locally. The beautifully decorated room was lovely, clean and bright. We ate lunch there on our arrival which was delicious and well needed after a very long, busy bank holiday drive. The food was delicious as well as the yummy breakfast the next morning. Nothing was too much for the staff that were helpful and attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this hotel!
