We went for a ski trip with family and small kid. Hotel is very close to ski slopes. Has all modern facilities. In the spa are kids are not allowed. Breakfast/ dinner was always amazing. They have a small kids room to play. Staff is very nice not everybody speaks English but somehow you can manage :) You can feel a bit that they are understaffed, everybody is everywhere.
