Horrible stay. Mold all over the walls, mold in the fridge, and the fridge was dirty all on the outside and inside of it. The shower was FILTHY DIRTY with other peoples hairs piled onto the floor. Got my stuff and left. Didn’t even stay the night due to all the mold on the wall by the AC Vent and filth. Also the man at the front counter didn’t even greet me, I waited a good 10-15 minutes before someone walked out and said “what do you need” . Rude and unprofessional as I went back and even called the front desk to try and switch to another room. No answer and waited over 30 minutes in the lobby. I would NOT recommend this place. No wonder why there weren’t many people in the parking lot. Would not recommend this place AT ALL!! PLEASE CHECK EVERYWHERE BEFORE STAYING HERE.

Arrived August 28 and realized I'd accidentally booked the 27th...was still in New Orleans when I booked late that evening. Front desk staff at the Crystal were not willing to make any accommodation. I suggested I still needed a room. The lady ignored the request. Maybe a language barrier
Said he'll with them and found another place to stay

This is a nice hotel to stay at. The rooms are clean and spacious and it is quiet.

There was blood on the floor in the bathroom and by the bed. No wash clothes or hand towels in the room. The room smelled musty and nasty.

The booking was quick, the check in was great. Great attendant at check in. The stay was nice. It was a very quiet area of hotel. The room smelled a little of cigarette but it was bearable.

Very nice room. Comfortable bed and a/c blew really cold. It was perfect for our needs and the price was spot on. We will certainly return ago.
