Villa Electra is definitely one of the best places to stay in Sulina. The rooms are spotless, spacious, nice furniture, very clean beddings and towels. The host is extremely polite and available to help with whatever questions you may have (from suggesting the best trips in the Danube Delta till places where to eat, etc.). Breakfast is rich and of very good quality. For sure we will go back as it is already the 3rd year that we go there and never been disappointed. Totally recommend!
