Great location for us in the centre of town. Excellent welcome and courteous staff. Breakfast great. Room perfect, warm, lovely bedding, large bathroom.

We arrived on Sat 13th December to a cold room because the heating had failed. An electric heater was provided. The next morning we discovered there was no hot water and we don't do cold showers! The room was booked via *********** and cost £105. I sugested to the guy in charge at breakfast that I would be happy to accept an inhouse voucher for 25% of the cost because of the problems with the room. We were finally offered last week a refund of £8.67... Seriously??? I appreciate that stuff happens but I also believe that its not what goes wrong but how its put right........................

Arrived at 21.43 for a drink before bus (at 22.04) refused as they close at 22.30!! Obviously the company does not want revenue, as a local we will not be back

We arrived for a lovely family meal at Trent’s , the atmosphere was amazing not to forget the staff especially poppy. She was polite and made us feel welcomed. The service was fast and great. Food is at an affordable price. Will definitely be coming back to Trent’s.

Visited for lunch today, Firstly I used the toilet, there were 2 ladies toilets 1 full of feaces and toilet paper and the other unflushed urine. I went to the disabled toilet which albeit this one was flushed there were feaces stains inside…. The three of us chose the lunch deal menu Sandwich and drink £11. One of us ordered Cheese and Tomato toasted sandwich. When it arrived it was burnt, she sent it back and another came out looking much more palatable… It was stone cold in the middle! So sent it back… when refunded, she was given £7.81 as the drink she had was chargeable! The fact that no apology for the food being substandard was offered completed our disdain of what should have been a lovely girlie lunch

As soon as I walked into my room I noticed a rip in the net curtain which was not the best BUT everything else was lovely. Comfy bed, nice shower. Having a room at front was a bit noisy but it was very central . Fabulous breakfast just need to sort net curtain.

Warm comfortable beds, friendly staff and a nice pub to enjoy a cold beer in. Hot shower and fluffy pillows in the rooms. A central location, close to the train station too.if I ever visit Chichester again I’ll make sure to stay at Trent’s again
