My motorcycle broke down and I needed to wait 2 days for a new tyre to arrive. I stayed 2 nights which were okay. The room was tiny but comfortable. When I came to leave I asked if I could leave my luggage whilst I collected my bike and was told that it would be okay. I then returned to collect my luggage and settle my bill. I was then surprised to be asked to pay an additional £40 as the room could not be cleaned whilst my small rucksack and carrier bag were in the room ! I then agreed to pay an additional £20 and then found, when collecting the bags, that the room had been cleaned !! I FEEL RIPPED OFF

The house smells of cigarette smoke, despite having many signs saying it is not permitted. I provided feedback via email to the owner with no response. Sleeping in these conditions was very difficult and we left very early the next morning. The location is good though and the bathroom was clean. Bed in our room was small with weird coloured linen. The window would not open fully for ventilation.
整个房间/房子都有烟味，必须彻底通风，但这很困难，因为窗户只能打开一部分。总体来说，床和地板的清洁度令人怀疑，入住后，每件纺织品上甚至我们的衣服上都留有异味。
