This place doesn’t care about their customers stay. All they want is your MONEY . We stayed in Ritz Place from June 6 up to 8 , 2025 . We didn’t see any customer attendant and NO office number posted around the house to call for assistance , NO kitchen utilities, NO shower curtains , NO toilet paper, NO towel rack or hooks to hang your bath towels or face towels inside the bathroom , NO hangers to hang your clothes ( not even one ) , hot water is very hot and no way to control it except to shut off the whole thing and wait for about one minute to cool off and turn the hot water on again and repeat the process until your done with your shower . One night I was in the middle of my shower with soap and shampoo all over my hair and body and LO AND BEHOLD , the water stop completely and came back the next morning and the water was color BROWN . WOW, I was really pissed off that day ! And their WIFI works only for one day and we couldn’t connect to their f..king WIFI until we went home on June 8 . WARNING : Avoid Ritz Place like the plague , or you’ll be sorry and bye-bye to your hard earned money !

但是房间很干净，而且不隔音。哈哈，即使你们在房间里小声聊天，外面也能听到。所以不建议那些在床上比较吵的情侣入住。🤣🤣🤣🤣
位置很好。离碧瑶所有的景点都很近。
房间照片与实际情况不符。感觉他们只是用了RedDoorz的招牌。
这是我有史以来最糟糕的一次宅度假，糟糕到我第一天入住就又订了另一家爱彼迎。以下是让我决定重新预订的原因：
- 隐藏费用
- 房间不通风，有异味
- 厨房用具又脏又生锈
- 床品简直恶心🤮
- 位置偏僻，很难打到出租车
住得很愉快。
非常好的地方，员工也很友善。
我们非常喜欢这次入住，员工非常乐于助人，老板也很好，很体谅人……非常好
