The Ambience here at kc residency cafe royale was so good and the quality of food was great and we had a great experience and the server jyoti is been so courteous and served us very well.

Excellent service helpful staff honestly this hotel services made our day here in Jammu City .. Delicious food mouthwatering... Mr Ranjeet Singh reservation Manager is very attractive and charming guy. Room service is also very quick.. Wish them a lot of growth and success in future.

Restaurant service very worst even they charged 10% as service charge. Not acceptable at all.I will never visit this place
