第一次来南非随机选的这家酒店，性价比特别高，步行几分钟可以到达展览中心，步行几分钟直达商场大型超市，购物很方便，酒店早餐特别棒
我在开普敦的时候也是住的onomo酒店，体验非常好，所以我在约翰内斯堡也订了onomo酒店。房间舒适很适合我。在曼德拉广场旁边。酒店的早餐也不错，我喜欢。早餐有蓝莓出乎我的意料。
服务很棒，地理位置绝佳，早餐我也很喜欢。唯一的小问题是，如果能为客人提供至少一瓶免费瓶装水就更好了。
房间太小了，没有拖鞋，没有浴袍，也没有衣柜。就这么小的房间来说，价格太贵了，你基本就是花钱买它这个地段。不过位置确实挺好的。
工作人员非常好，乐于助人。房间干净宽敞，地理位置也很好。我肯定会再次预订。
第一次来约堡出差，房间不大，刚刚够转身的，有点小而精，但是里面的家具等都还是很新，特别是床很舒服。
最后不得不提隔壁就是曼德拉广场，吃到了混迹非洲几年都没吃到这么好吃的牛排。
除了毗邻纳尔逊·曼德拉广场的优越地理位置外，这家酒店在客户服务、客房清洁和维护方面都表现不佳。办理入住时，前台服务人员面无表情，没有任何问候。房间里有一股刺鼻的异味，入住时空调也是坏的。
优点：
购物方便，地理位置优越。附近有几家酒吧。附近两个商场里有各种不错的餐厅可供选择。
提供茶/咖啡。
房间虽小但非常舒适。
早餐还不错。
缺点：
保险箱的使用说明不对——和实际保险箱上的按钮不符。
走廊很吵——简直难以置信，声音很大，持续不断，不是开门关门就是有人大声喧哗、讲话。我从没在酒店遇到过如此无礼的情况。
不提供瓶装水，前台的瓶装水价格高得离谱，但据说自来水可以直接饮用。
很棒的酒店，早餐和餐厅都很好，周围环境也很安全。是前往克鲁格国家公园进行狩猎之旅的绝佳出发点。
房间每天都打扫，很干净。早餐很好吃，但预定的早餐包有点敷衍，酸奶没有工具来吃。工作人员很友好，很耐心解答我的各种问题。酒店的位置很好，出门过马路就能到曼德拉广场。酒店很安全，电梯刷卡进入。总体推荐入住。
