service was quite good but AC wasn't working well. there was a Cooling stuff which was the working so i required to keep practical things also

Hotel stay was pleasant. The rooms are big and airy with a street view.
The toilet is very clean and hygienic.
Room service was excellent.
Food was also good. The mix veg is very good. Food price is a little on the higher side. The non veg option is not so robust.

The hotel is conveniently located in the main market. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. My only complaint is that I booked a king-sized bed but was given twin beds instead.

Room amenities are not provided as per commitment. Like electric kettle, refrigerator, tooth brush, shaving kit and shooe polish paper. Even services are so poor.
