酒店房间很不错，符合我的预期。前台帮我办理入住的女士一次都没看我一眼，也没对我笑，也没跟我打招呼。她肯定需要接受客户服务培训。尤其是她还是我入住期间遇到的唯一员工。
电梯修好了！
它不像我们住过的其他酒店那么干净。马桶周围有令人作呕的污渍。地毯上有些地方有污渍。电梯的声音吓人！感觉它需要维修一下，因为它听起来不安全。不过，值机柜台的那位年轻人人很好，非常乐于助人！
很棒的商务酒店，地理位置优越，周围餐饮选择丰富。房间干净现代。我们在这里住过很多次，每次来这里旅行，它都是我们的首选。我唯一不满的是酒店改用小酒馆风格的早餐服务，无论价格还是质量，都比不上其他当地餐厅。
我喜欢周围的餐饮选择，还有我急需的酒吧。员工们非常友好和乐于助人，但我的房间不太干净。卫生间的马桶脏得令人作呕。床铺整理得也不好。地板和洗手池里到处都是头发。我打电话给前台，确认她给我安排的房间之前有人打扫过，他们立即派客房服务人员过来确认，并说客房服务人员是新来的，正在接受培训。这是我唯一的抱怨，不过我自己打扫和消毒房间后，我睡得很安稳。
我还会再来的！！！

这个周末恰逢橄榄球赛季开幕周末，当地高校正在搬迁。入住手续简直糟透了。原本下午4点入住，结果拖到了晚上6点半才办理，因为酒店管理层不知道该如何处理同一天入住和退房的大型团体，以及普通公众。我被问到酒店工作人员好几次，他们给出的借口都是……我们想为“外州”的足球队办理入住，或者正好有足球队要退房。这跟我没关系。
怎么会像我们其他人一样，早上11点就退房了？对这家酒店非常失望，即使我是万豪会员，也不会再住这里了。
