Front desk staff and dining room staff were fantastic and very accommodating. We were there for several days and the hallway on the 5th floor was NEVER vacuumed (I have pictures). Our room was serviced twice, the second time there were no new towels left, had to get from front desk.

Mold around tub toilet nasty pillows on bed cheap flat gave me a cramp in neck due to no support,then was the knock on door at 10:15 and check out is 11:00 reported complaint to Joseph he said I pass that on no care at all terrible and charge 160.00 for the stay unbelievable!!

Everything was good with the exception of having a room on the street side. It was very noisy even with the windows closed.

Room and the establishment were clean and quiet. Room was nicely laid out for our needs. Great b-fast and hot coffee available all day long. Parking lot well-lit all night.

Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Parking was great. Unfortunately, the drainage from the sink and tub were not the best. Staff tried to fix sink with draino but it was inadequate. Offered to fix but I just left it.

整家酒店都对宠物很友好，请大家知悉。我们隔壁房间有只大型犬，它一直在叫，所以我们申请换了房间，幸好很快就解决了。唯一美中不足的是，入住时前台的女员工不太友善。
我们在迪尔伯恩汉普顿酒店的住宿体验非常棒。我们抵达时，前台的David非常乐于助人、热情友好，而且信息丰富。他提供了附近众多餐饮场所的列表，以及往返酒店参观亨利·福特博物馆和绿野村的班车信息。他和副总经理Alexis迅速纠正了我预订房间数量的一个小错误。一切都令我们满意，我们遇到的所有员工都非常友好。酒店的早餐很美味，而且很方便，满足了我们的需求。我强烈推荐这家汉普顿酒店。
