Great option for a long stay! Amazing facilities and staff, only problem is that they didn’t clean my room in 4 nights staying and the trash in the kitchen was starting to smell and since it was a work trip I was mostly out and with no time to clean

Loved our stay. Had all the features we would want. Weird that it is behind the home depot, but courtyard was still nice. Breakfast was as good as you are going to get included. The pull-out bed/loveseat you have to make yourself and mattress was too thin. Hated the sliding barn door for the bathroom.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly
The hotel was amazing. Unfortunately I’m embarrassed to have been the part of noise complaints coming from our room. I had an angel (Cassie?) pull me from a domestic violent situation. I am forever grateful to have that intervened when it was happening, without her- and her comfort to me, I would’ve stayed in a situation that we all know would have gotten worse. She took care of me and saw what was happening. I’d like to have a conversation with her, because it all happened so fast and I’m trying to put the puzzle pieces together from that night.

The only thing bad about this facility is the pool. The floor is so slik, my kids kept sleeping and falling. I had to walk like I was 60 years old to not feel like I was going to fall. The tile is like a slip and slid.

Bathroom fan didn’t work, reported to maintenance and was told something on the roof was broken. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Pool wasn’t maintained during the day so there was standing water everywhere which made it unsafe
