The room was ok.. the couch was really stained up all over it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I didn’t sleep a minute the first night, the next day I let the woman at the desk know and she let me know they have a mattress topper they could put on which was really great and much more comfortable!! We only had three pillows when we first got there and had asked for more so we weren’t fighting over the 3rd pillow! Lol they brought 3 more pillows. The workers there were all great. The hot tub was gross and stinky so we stayed away from that. It was closed for cleaning after the first day for the rest of the time we were there anyway. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, it’s an ok place but I would try somewhere else next time. The pictures online get me every single time I reserve!!! They make it look and seem so great and every-time Im let down by it being much more rundown then the pics!!! They definitely need new beds and to clean the upholstery on couch. Breakfast could be much better also! But the workers were helpful and kind.

it was more that they host birthday party's with 25 kids or more in the pool and hot tub area for people who don't stay at the hotel. And me who payed to stay at the hotel after a 10 hour drive had to wait until 10 pm quiet time to use the pool and hot tub. this is the second time this has happened at this hotel so im sure i will book elsewhere.

Room was clean, and very spacious. The view was surprisingly nice considering it was in town. The handicap accessible features were actually appropriate for the title. All the linens were fresh, and stocked appropriately for our number of guests. The pool and spa were clean and not over-chlorinated. The location was easily accessible from the highway, and had ample parking close to the building. The location was close to stores, and restaurants. Our animal was even greeted kindly and because of the holiday they provided a goodie bag for her with a toy, treat and welcome letter. The extra care that was taken was appreciated.

Great customer service
The staff is always kind here. And that goes a long way. They had a cute pumpkin carving contest the employees did, and the decorations were fun to see!

Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Stayed here just after it opened years ago and the beds were super comfortable!! Maybe time to replace them!

房间只在退房前一天打扫过，毛巾也是那天换的，茶包也没有补充。
厨房里没有水壶和电炉。换句话说，这个价钱可以买到更好的。服务差劲，价格却很高。
