The hotel had bed bugs, the toilet was broken, the phone was broken. We moved to another room and the floor was broken, the bed bugs continued. I can go on and on and on

Room was great. Didn't like that the back door to the pool would lock. You had to walk all around to the front to get back in. I approached the clerk and he just told me that we keep it locked. Please inform the guest because it was a lot of people upset

The smell when I walked into my room was horrible. The smell probably came from the old carpet outdated curtains and most definitely from the old chair. It was hair on my sheets when I turn the comforter down. Trust me when I say I will NOT be staying there again.

First room we were given hadnt even been cleaned, we had to go request a new room and the second room we were giv3n the tv was messed up but we didnt wanna complain so just went with a messed up tv all weekend! Staff really didnt talk much.

The staff was very nice and everything was very clean and tidy, but the motel on the inside was a little dated and there is construction around the property so everybody knows how that is. Overall, we had a very good experience staying there.
