i cant say enough how bad this place was when i arrived. I felt like i was on a episode of cops. Staff was in some kind of pajamas and some kind of slippers. Homeless guy sitting outfront by the door.

No Elevators. No computers. Had a hard time finding a room for us in an otherwise empty hotel. Walked upstairs to 4th floor to find a dirty room that hadnt been cleaned yet. Had to go back and get a second room with all our belongings and no elevator. 'Clean' room wasnt that much better!

No ice machine working. Elevators did not work. Coffee tasted old and cold. Breakfast was ok but not much I could eat..which is fine. No decaf coffee. Rooms were old. Could use updated.

I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I THOUGHT I WAS BOOKING COLORADO CITY, COLORADO! I WAS NOWHERE NEAR TEXAS! I CALLED THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND THE LADY WAS VERY NICE AND SAID THAT HAPPENS OFTEN. I THEN CALLED ******* AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. TWICE!!!!! I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH THEM AGAIN!!

The elevator was broken for starters. Room was on the third floor was hard with 3 littles, the hallway smelt like sewer especially next to the ice machine! The room was dirty with an unmade bed and the bathroom still dirty. We were staying there for a softball tournament, the whole team checked out and asked for refunds within 20 minutes of arriving. Luckily the front desk guy was very understanding and did not give us any trouble almost like he expected it. He laughed when I told him I could hear music coming from the vents in the bathroom.

I did not like the horrible conditions of this facility!! Broken elevator, ice machine, toilet paper holder, refrigerator!! The pillows were sweat stained, sheets and pillow cases were paper thin! There's no way this was a 3 star!! More like LESS than one star!! The towels looked used so we didn't even shower! If we hadn't been traveling since early we would have went somewhere else!! I'VE FELT BUGGY SINCE BEING THERE!

No lights at the pool. Had to leave pool by nightfall as there were no lights on.No spa that works. Could not shower due to lack of hot water. Towels appeared
有点疏于打理。他们提供按摩浴缸，但是水温太凉了。
还可以，就是酒店条件不是很好，早餐还可以，有华夫饼酸奶鸡蛋香肠等等。
