Arrived. Parking lot blocked by Semi Tractor Trailer for west exit of parking lot.
I was pulling a car trailer and had to drive over curb to get turned around
Receptionist indicated that Semi driver had special authorization to park there.
Went to front desk and checked in.
Room key did not work on assigned room. After returning to front desk and reprogramming key,I went back to the room.
Room was not clean, bottles of beer sitting on floor. Bedding and bathroom not cleaned or serviced.
Returned to front desk.
Clerk apologized for messy room and assigned me a different room. Went to that room and keys would not work.
Again returned to front desk and receptionist reprogrammed the keys for the new room.
I have stayed at this location before. Never experienced this poor of service on previous visit.
Definitely, will not return.

Couldn’t really sleep due to all of the banging. The beds were really comfortable the housekeepers and the lady that put out the breakfast were the best staff members. The floor was wet with no caution sign so I slipped.

Breakfast offerings were very good. Staff was friendly. The elevator had a sickening oily smell. The room above us had noisy creaking floor boards. The refrigerator in our room was turned off, I assume by the staff as instructed, and took a day to get cold. It also had no freezer compartment. The free coffee machines were an excellent idea.

Property was in a great location. Near shopping and dining options. Hotel was clean. My only disappointment was the breakfast. It was ok.
