My dad and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel is extremely nice and very modern. The beds are very comfy, the internet is fast, and the daily breakfast was amazing. The town of Primaluna is very peaceful and beautiful. Everyone is very nice. Most importantly, hotel staff and owners are the nicest staff I have ever met at a hotel. Many times they went above and beyond what I could have even imagined to help us during our stay and make it great. They are truly kindhearted people. We left our stay with 4 new friends. We arrived late to our airbnb on our first night in Lake Como and discovered that the cleaners didnt clean the apartment! It was extremely stressful to find a hotel nearby that would take us in and we were lucky that the receptionist at Bianco hotel was staying up late and answered our call. The lady at the reception was so sweet and waited for 30min for us to get there with the car (we arrived 12.00 at night). We were pleasantly surprised with the room too. It was fresh and very clean! The breakfast was nice as well and it was very relaxing to sit outside with a nice view.

We were thrilled with this booking. It was only for a single night on our way through but the staff and property were exceptional. We could easily have stayed longer and used the location to ‘disconnect’ from life outside. Not far from Lake Como it’s close to the activity that the area around the lake presents but not too close to overwhelm. Spectacular scenery and a first rate operation - we considered ourselves fortunate to find it.
房间没有任何可以提供洗漱的，餐巾纸也没有。早餐就饼干和甜点，面包，牛角包就一个人一个，连鸡蛋都没有。是花钱最多，服务最差，早餐最差的酒店。
酒店非常干净整洁，维护良好，房间舒适，山景优美。地理位置优越，距离便利设施不远，但又不失安静，人流稀少。
酒店小而维护良好，房间很漂亮，有宜人的小花园，早餐很棒，主要是甜食，老板很友好，乐于助人，Lea 女士的早餐简直太棒了，我推荐它来游览湖泊，在大自然中散步，欣赏美妙的当地风光。奶酪
小酒店位于路边，有充足的预留停车位，几乎是新的，干净，细节维护得很好。房间很宽敞。早餐也不是很丰富，因为没有咸味的食物，但仍然令人满意。友好而乐于助人的员工
我们在这家酒店住了一晚，工作人员非常友善和乐于助人，非常友善，清洁度非常好，早餐非常多样化和精致，包括自制蛋糕、羊角面包、酸奶、麦片……！我们推荐它！
