The location was perfect for our stay as we were in Foxton for a Wedding. Paul was very welcoming and accommodating for an early check in time. Our rooms were spotless and well appointed. As they say on their sign the Quietest in town and it certainly was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend, great value for money. Thank you.

Loved this property. Would come back at night and our curtains were closed ,heater on and lights on so thoughtful. Lovely friendly owners. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Best Motel we have stayed in. So clean, great service, comfy beds, quiet location. Paul was a superb host, turned on heaters in all units because we would be returning late. We have asked to be booked in again next year once we know the dates of the function we attended.

Stayed two nights. This has to be the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed in, it sparkled. On a side street so no highway noise (no noise at all), but still close to the main business area of Foxton. Very comfortable. Check in was really welcoming. Good value.

Have stayed here many times with our father, to visit cousins who live locally. The Celtic is our go-to, sadly this time our Dad couldn't come with us. Next time!!

A very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. It was a spur of the moment decision to stay in Foxton and owner was very helpful and friendly. The bed was particularly comfortable and the room lovely and warm on a cold winters night. A quiet location but close enough to town to get there easily. We would happily stay here again.

We’ve stayed at this motel many times with our kid this week for 5 days for a sporting event and it’s great nice and quite just off the main road so you don’t hear any traffic ,heaps of parking ,very clean rooms wonderful host and just the right distance from the ferry when travelling only place to stay in the area and we’ve tried a few

We booked for 3 people, but at the last minute asked for an extra bed..... we showed up about 7pm.... and Paul couldn't have been nicer. Happy, chatty and very personable, gave us an extra bottle of milk and showed us how to work the heater (which was already going, so it was lovely and cozy in the unit, thanks so much for that). There was enough of everything for 4 people and the extra trundle was made up ready to go. The place was immaculate, so clean and the decor was tasteful. Electric blankets on the beds and they were so comfortable! Thanks so much, we will definitely stay here again, it was so quiet!
