The room you booked was clearly described as a "small" double room. If space was an important consideration for you we would (politely) suggest that maybe you should have booked one of our superior rooms. These are much larger, and two of those were available when you made your booking.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kethla Guesthouse. The rooms are very clean and well appointed, with complimentary toiletries and tea making facilities. The guesthouse is also very quiet (perfect for a good night sleep), yet is a 5 minutes' walk only from the lovely seafront. Our hosts Jonathan and Sade are very friendly and welcoming and they did everything possible to make our visit a very enjoyable one. The breakfast was excellent, copious, with a fantastic choice of food. We will certainly stay again in Kethla House when we next visit Torquay and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Thank you Jonathan and Sade.

My husband and I have just returned from kethla house..we go there every year and we have been there with Jonathan and Sade 4 years running now and the very high care continues. Jonathan does the best breakfast and sade is a perfect host and looks after everyone's needs. Our room was exceptionally clean and serviced daily. Jonathan and Sade are a very friendly and we have already booked for next year

My wife and I stayed in Torquay overnight and found the Kesler guesthouse recommended on TripAdvisor. Most of the reviews were very positive and I have to say our review is the same meticulous attention to detail very clean very friendly and welcoming hosts and a very well presented and cooked breakfast in the morning topped off a good nights sleep in a comfortable room with all the facilities you would require. We would strongly recommend you stay at Kethla guest house when visiting Torquay.

Lovely friendly hosts, good size room lovely and clean, comfy bed, good breakfast, great location, has a car park behind guest limited parking but plenty of spaces on nearby roads.
