First I think they need to correct the address when your book it this is was the wrong house not like they showed me on the website to far away from I want to stay it make upset because we have to change our plan vacation not spending time driving to get a destination that we wanna go. They lied to us about the house.

THE PICTURE SHOWED A PRIVATE HOUSE WITH A PRIVATE POOL BUT INSTEAD UT WAS A LARGE MULTI FAMILY BUILDING. THE APARTMENT IS OLD AND SMELLED LIKE MOLD , THE COUCHES ARE OLD AND SMELL LIKE OLD . DONT GO TO THIS PLACE

Unpleasant and tricked
We pay in full for this rental a little more than 1 month prior to our trip that was as the best accommodation for our group. And 3 days previous to pur arrival, we got a message that they were canceling the rental because oh a house's pipe repair. Also they mentioned were giving us full regund of the charges. Now, 16 days layer still we have not received the refund on the cancelled rental that they did at the very ladt moment. This was very stressful and still does. They have not responded any email message yet either. Service is so bad. We are very unpleasant and feel tricked.

First off, getting off of the highway onto 27 wasn't ideal and there is always a traffic back up or accident. Arrived at the house which seemed like a nice neighborhood. Didn't find out the refrigerator was not working until we arrived and it was warm. At least they put a small refrigerator in the hallway for us to use... not enough room in it for the groceries we purchased. Messaged about the fridge and THEN was advised that they were waiting for a part...not before we arrived. Pillows were old and stained in the master. No pillow covers on them. Only 2 on each bed(not a major issue, but not a plus for this place). Found a live cockroach in the master shower. Sheets felt like there was sand in them. Screen house over the pool had numerous missing screens which led to numerous bugs and little lizards in the pool. Numerous little ants located on the counter in the kitchen. One bedroom has a ceiling fan light with no way to turn the fan on. Master bath had some damage on the bottom of the vanity, probably from a water issue.

Not enough towels for 7 adults for 3 days
2 rooms no tv
Roach and spider on kitchen floor
Sliding door cannot lock
Whoever stayed here before us was smoking in here, can still smell it.
Found cigarette ash in master shower
No Stopper in master bath sink
Rust on towel in master bath
Chips in wall
Crack in microwave door
No large coffee pot on coffee maker
Roach in the shower
Pot very corroded so cannot use
Electric teapot has rust in it
Reached out to property, was told someone would come and nobody came. Reached out again after we checked out and was told by Alexis in reservation support that i would receive my refund between 7-12 days. Reached out again because i had to have my card replaced and wanted to give them the new card info so the refund could be sent to the new card and nobody responded. Then i reached out to ******* and they’re telling me they cannot do anything. The rentals united properties only responding to ******* and yet ******* telling me there’s nothing they can do i must contact the property that refuses to respond to me myself. This was the worst vacation ever and i would not recommend rentals united properties to nobody because all they care about is taking your money. Dont waste your time booking here because they dont care how you spend your vacation as long as you can pay

Great location and proximity to the airport, Disney parks and Universal Studios. Place was clean, easy to access and had all the amenities we needed.

PS4 controller left in drawer, called within a couple hours and “they did not find it”. Also still waiting for my deposit to be returned and no response.
