住了几次,位置就在chit lom站下去附近,交通很方便,去central world ,四面佛走走就到,去机场Grab不堵车40分钟左右,酒店是有点年份了,但是总体设施保养还不错,商务型酒店,商务人居多不吵,酒店早餐也是很不错,中西餐随意,洗漱包都有,梳子自备,下次还会继续入住!

房间很大,床品很干净,游泳池漂亮😻,早餐🥞很丰富,逛街非常方便!曼谷太堵车了,住这里基本都可以步行,去四面佛五分钟,lv下午茶🫖就在楼下!
服务真的还是可以匹配上星级的,11点到酒店也能提前办入住,room service的响应速度也很快。可能第一天早餐是高峰期,感觉餐厅人手有些不足。第二天去的比较早,服务还是很细致的,会询问菜品,会做推荐,当我说泰奶尝起来有点苦,还会主动帮我调了一杯➕冰➕奶的。酒店的摆件还有点特色的,可能是一种传统乐器吧。设施是的确有点老了。
1.位置很好 隔壁就是君悦 马路斜对面是柏悦 所以去周边的几个大商场买买买很方便🛍

①服务非常非常一般 没有入住欢迎水果 去泳池没有已经备好的干净浴巾,也不会为你铺好,更不会有任何矿泉水/饮料(亲自叫Staff持续几分钟才来)
②门童送行李上楼不会主动帮你抬到行李架上 需要你亲自引导
③问其中一个Staff早餐在哪里(Breakfast Area)给我说在PL(顶楼),找了15分钟发现还是健身房+泳池,早餐其实在M层,又返回到M层错过了早餐时间(曼谷万丽甚至10:30AM就收餐了) 收餐速度巨巨巨快 要知道巴厘岛乌鲁瓦图万丽啊 香港万丽 上海万丽都是到11:00AM
3.最后在这家店临走丢了一件外套 (我自己丢的 但其实半个小时时间的Check out等待时间 Staff应该能发现的 Whatever丢了就丢了吧 一切从新开始)
4.隔音不好 隔音不好 隔音不好 晚上马路的车噪音和楼上楼下的声音你都能听见 必须戴耳塞
5.房间的浴缸没有水 没有水 没有水! 就是完全放不出来水!
6.窗帘子没有清洗干净 有污渍
7.总体来说这家万丽是不太会考虑了 尽管住过那么多家万丽的印象都还不错 这一次真的是🥲大家如果要住CentralWorld附近 还是尽量选择其他🥱
泰国曼谷酒店别踩雷, 很少给酒店评分很低的时候, 这个万豪旗下品牌万丽实在是不太想说但不得不说, 酒店地理位置很优越, 但是老破旧.
房间水压很小热水流出很慢, 我老公说水应该是从湄南河流过来的.
房间空调不正常, 能把人冻病. 师傅来修空调.
服务-除了意大利餐厅/自助餐的个别服务员还有服务意识之外包括前厅大堂的服务甚至是经理级别的服务都跟不上, 哪像什么5星级酒店.
房间的浴袍糟糕透了(年代久了)还只有一件
因为房间特冷把人冻感冒了问前台服务员是否能要一壶姜汤水, 开始时候说没有, 简直玩笑不要开太大吗?最后我说整个这么大的酒店连几片姜都没有吗? 最后才送来了一壶泡了几片的姜水.
第四天退房在前台说房间冷到生病, DM级别的经理只是礼貌性的问了一句有没有去医院. 一个人生地不熟的客人去了异国他乡随随便便去医院那么简单吗?
一个晚上一千多人民币住这样的酒店简直了. 所以权大家不要踩雷阿.

给免费加了床,位置就在四面佛旁边,对面就是central world购物中心,门口是空铁站,非常方便,美中不足是早餐有点单调,下次来还会选择
酒店位置很好,BTS站、四面佛、Big C和CentralWorld都在步行距离之内。酒店通过Ratchaprasong空中走廊与这些地方相连,所以你不用担心日晒雨淋。对于来曼谷旅游的人来说,住在这里非常方便。
这次住宿非常完美。每次来曼谷我都会选择这家酒店,因为它确实很棒。特别感谢名叫“Tiger”的员工,他的优质服务让我们的旅程难忘。
酒店地理位置优越,通过酒店旁边的商场,有一条带顶棚的通道可以直接走到BTS(轻轨站)。服务很好。早餐的种类有待改进。
房间干净,离开四面佛很近。周边商圈,吃饭购物很方便
