Water took way too long to turn warm not even hot just luke warm. Water was shut off without notice and we weren’t able to take showers before checkout to head to the airport and they refused to accommodate or give any sort of refund/partial refund vouchers nothing. Facility is basic and they have no customer service care at all. Pick a different hotel/stay because this place is basic and doesn’t care about your experience.

The location was perfect and the hotel was really nice and pleasant. What stood out the most was the bar tender there, she was very skilled an absolute joy!

The room was extremely cold and so was the water...In the shower and the sink.This was the most uncomfortable stay I have had in a long time..I was not very pleased..

My first time staying at an Aloft. I'm going to California in 2 weeks and made reservations to stay at one in Cupertino. That's how much I liked the hotel.

Would have given an excellent review, but the door on the water closet was hard to close shut. Our room was close to an airport. We needed a single chair and an extra nightstand. Other than that, the amenities were great and the staff were very accommodating.

入住时间是下午3点。我下午4点15分到达，结果我的房间和前面三位客人的房间都还没准备好。我已经提前付过房费了，却还是等了45分钟才拿到房间。他们说是因为人手不够，来不及及时打扫房间。
我和我的家人从罗斯威尔出发，路过德克萨斯州时住在这里。酒店有一个泳池，让人感觉很放松。位置很好，离美味的餐馆很近，但又足够远，能让人感觉远离尘嚣。强烈推荐！
如果您喜欢派对，那这里真是太棒了！不太适合家庭入住。
