The rooms were very dirty. We booked a non smoking room but there were burns all in the furniture and on the bedding. Towels looked like they hadn’t been washed and just to add the cherry on top the service was absolutely horrible. If I could have gotten a refund when I came to check in I would’ve!! Just completely rude and so unwelcoming.

Very rude and require high priced deposits don't even serve breakfast or coffee and can't have guest and also they rip you off I didn't even stay there and they took my money even tried to charge me for a no show never again

Checking in. Rude hotel clerk. Very unfriendly and seemed to be mad at something. For the price I can understand that you might get very little moneys for sitting and on phone 24/7. I can deal with it all except I can’t deal with anyone I give my moneys to for services that I’d not ever see even in the worst places.

Room was very outdated and did not feel comfortable. Bathtub was very old and very discomfiting. Not to even mention the extremely high water pressure, I couldn’t even shower properly because the water pressure hurt my skin.
