Good location, food and comfortable room. Even though staff saw me at reception,I had to wait a little while to be acknowledged and check in. Other than that I would stay again as it was good value for money.

Bed was comfy , room was cool, bathroom shower good, didnt have food , but pub stopped serving at 21.30 but behind the hotel is a garage with a subway and there own food.

A must stay if in the telford area
Really nice hotel, staff where lovely, meals were spot on ,lovely air-conditioned rooms as it was really hot the week a stayed ,definitely a 10/10 for me at this marston pub

22:05左右预订的房间，确认邮件里却说22:00之后无法入住。我尝试给酒店打电话，因为酒店前台说是24小时服务，一个多小时打了六次都没人接。我去了酒店，却不见人影，对讲机也没人接。现在房费都花光了，房间都没住。服务太差，宣传也不太准确。
不幸的是，我的预订被取消了，尽管我事先打了客服电话确认还有预订。由于只有一位厨师，酒吧不得不提前关闭厨房。我等了20分钟才点饮料，等了35分钟才点餐，而且都是些开胃菜和儿童餐，孩子们当时已经焦躁不安了。我的房间虽然是双人间，但只有一套毛巾。我要求多要毛巾时，他们承诺会送来，但一直没有。
我们预订的家庭房已经售罄，他们没有给我们一张双人床，而是把我们安排到一间有两张单人床的房间，并告诉我们他们无法提供帮助，因为我们只住三晚，而且接下来几天还有其他预订。酒店也没有电梯和行李推车。没有迷你冰箱，也没有熨斗。预订三天的客人，退房时才会打扫房间。
首先，我要求两个房间彼此靠近，但没想到它们在不同的楼层，而且彼此相距甚远！另外，当我办理入住手续时，我被告知付款卡被拒绝了，我知道这不是真的，因为我在 ******* 进行了两次预订，两次预订都是用同一张付款卡进行的，要求付款并被告知我很幸运房间没有分配给其他人，这真是太不礼貌了，因为我已经付款并且没有使用其他付款方式获得授权……另外，无论是 Fallow field 还是 ******* 都没有人联系我要求确认付款，服务非常差，由于这个问题，我可能不会再在这里停留
不会再住了。
房间里没有厕纸，厕纸架从墙上摔了下来。我们被告知有夜间门卫，但停车场的汽车警报器在凌晨响了好几个小时。
