Front the time we walked in, we were greeted immediately by Beverly. She was so warm and friendly and welcomed is like we were celebrities. The holiday decor was so creative and cool! Shout out the lady who turned trash bags into bows on the Christmas tree! The breakfast set up was so well thought out and offered many choices for everyone! Woodrow did an awesome job setting up the breakfast and cooking! The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice and clean. Shout out the Manager Ty'na(sp?) who was very pleased to hear our feedback during our stay! The coffee in the lobby was always fresh and kept me happy lol. Thank you for making our home away from home during Christmas memorable! BEVERLY, WOODROW AND TY'NA you guys are angels!!!

Super-friendly and professional staff here. They all went above and beyond when the area had storms and the whole town had a power failure during my stay. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Aldeno (sorry if i spelled name wrong) was top notch. He was the nicest and most understanding of our situation. He made our stay even more comfortable. If I ever find myself around the area again I won't think twice about staying there. This man deserves a raise and promotion.

The hotel staff was very friendly and personable. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was coffee and hot tea available throughout the day and cookies available in the early evening, in the lobby area. Although we did not have time to enjoy, the hotel did have an indoor pool, workout room and a laundry room. The breakfast bar was nice and comparable to most hotels. The overall stay was very pleasant.

I have stayed at this location many times before each of those time have been an excellent experience. The staff including management always great you with a smile and provide excellent service. My most recent visit was due to a family emergency, I was greeted by Woodrow (sit time) at the service desk with a smile, stellar customer service. The world need more people Woodrow and act of kindness in this world.

We have not stayed yet, however the superb customer service I have received from staff and manager on duty on 3/20 was phenomenal. Truly both amazing employees and shows me I have chosen the correct place to stay just by their kindness and professionalism.

When we arrived we were greeted by I'Yana and T'Nya who are two of the friendliest people I have ever met. They checked us in and answered some questions that we had. When we went to our room it was spotless and smelled great! Clearly LaToya, who is the housekeeping supervisor, runs a top notch department! The linens, towels, pillows, EVERYTHING was clean and fresh! Great job to you and your team LaToya! Before we left the next morning I spoke with Aldeno, who was equally as nice and professional, to let him know what a great experience we had. 10/10 would recommend!

Aldeno, the desk attendant, kitchen and just all around help, made our stay special. A Special Thanks 😊 to him, it was Thanksgiving, he was wearing a few different hats very well and and we appreciate Aldeno from Jamaica, using Jamaican hospitality, very professional!
