Things I like so far is the clean rooms, their helpfulness in fixing any problems, kind staff and fast wifi for each room! The 2 bedroom apartment was not up to our standard (in a different part of the compound and dingy with no pillowcases and no couch/limited furnishing). They fixed it right away and moved us to hotel rooms...though we had to split our large family between two rooms since they didn’t have adjoining suites. The shower was warm but not hot which is manageable but disappointing for a nice shower. All in all I’d stay here again but probably not for a long stint with a young family. I’ve stayed in worse in Nairobi so we are thankful for a clean, safe place to sleep.

Location is great. Reception and employees are very nice. For the price the hotel is very good. It is a little worn but for the price it is a great deal and place to stay. Breakfast is ok. The area is relatively quite and a short walk to the indoor mall which has all sorts of shops
