Overall nice experince, It would have been nice if I could get all the information couple of days earlier to know what I need to know. For parking you need to have a cell phone to call a specific number and I did not have it had to buy a SIM in order to avail the parking.

Please, contact us for check in guidelines, sometimes we have limited information from guests and we can't sent if... so, better just sent us email day before! Great property, bad host
The apartment is new and nicely furbished. Location is great. Kitchen is functional, and bathroom is clean. Check in and out was easy to complete. Bed is small, certainly not for two people. The towels are completely disgusting, bring your own unless you want to have moldy smell all over your face. Host is not rude, but dont expect him to do anything out of the usual beyond forwarding check in and check out instructions. For anything else, you're on your own. He wont even reply.

Nice, clean comfortable apartment not far from the city center helped us experience living in Riga almost like locals. Word of advice for the future renters: call the phone number provided before you arrive to the property, you will receive a set of check-in instructions that will make the whole process so much smoother.

One of the worst places I have stayed in all my travels. The staff are obnoxious and do not respect peoples privacy. The room is situated on a road that that has 24 hour traffic, there is only one window which opens directly to that road, and there is neither a fan nor air conditioning. For only a few dollars more, you can stay in luxury!
